Just a few weeks before thanksgiving our wall oven and cooktop stopped working completely on Tuesday morning. When I called after looking for what I wanted on their website, Kay Cruz was so helpful and efficient. She called me back in 5 minutes with all the information and pricing I needed to decide on my purchases. When I realized I had called the Tyler store and not my local one in Longview, she sent all the paperwork to the Longview store so we could go there to pay. The wall oven and cooktop we bought were ordered on a Tuesday evening (we arrived to pay just before the store closed for the night), delivered to the store by Friday, and both were installed in our kitchen by Adams on the next Tuesday. So, in exactly one week, everything was done. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we love our new appliances. If it weren’t for Adam’s Furniture and Appliance’s excellent customer service, we would not have been able to have thanksgiving dinner at home this year.

Revonda and Donelle were very helpful and went above and beyond to track the mattress we wanted. They were super friendly and didn’t bat an eye as our amped up toddler was a little wild at the end of their night.

When we returned to make out purchase, Daryl made the process seamless and stress-free. The team’s professionalism and customer care is fantastic.
